Simple and simply delicious
8 oz. softened cream cheese (can be lowfat)
1/3 cup sugar
small size carton of cool whip (can be lowfat)
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Put in a graham cracker pie crust. Refigerate an hour or more before serving. Top with any fruit or just eat it plain. I love it with strawberries and Jason loves it with blueberry pie filling on top. It's our favorite dessert!!
